Sarah Pike
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Sarah is Aligned’s dedicated + dynamic Exercise Physiologist !
Originally from the country town of Warwick, QLD, Sarah is a small-town girl at heart but now calls Brisbane + the Sunshine Coast her home — and she’s excited to bring her expertise and genuine care to clients across both regions.
Sarah has experience + knowledge in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation, and is now expanding her skills to support men’s pelvic floor health as well. She’s passionate about providing a truly holistic approach to strength and conditioning, recognising that real progress comes not only from physical training but from understanding the mental health factors that influence motivation, confidence, + long-term success.
Clients love Sarah’s practical, encouraging style + her ability to make exercise feel achievable and enjoyable at every stage of life. Whether she’s helping someone build strength after injury, manage chronic conditions, or regain pelvic floor control and confidence, Sarah ensures every plan is realistic, evidence-based, and tailored to individual goals.
Outside of work, Sarah is happiest staying active — you’ll often find her trying the latest gym trend, hiking, or enjoying a quiet day at home relaxing with her partner and friends.
