Hi Guys,

Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me! I’ve always been fascinated by people’s stories + what shapes them. Growing up in Darwin with my Irish parents, I learned early on the value of kindness, compassion, + a good laugh (and a good cup of tea). These values are at the heart of everything I do — at work and in life.

I love mental health and self-development which drew me to Aligned. It has been wonderful to be part of such a warm, supportive, + genuinely caring team. I love engaging with both clients + our team alike, making sure everyone feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our door.

When I’m not at Aligned, you’ll find me out for a walk, reading a good book, or anywhere near the water — the beach is my happy place. At home, I’m happiest hanging out with my two beautiful children + our cat. I am a Taylor Swift lover, Christmas fanatic and a Coke Zero fan.
