Hayleigh Smith

Dietitian

Hayleigh is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian who brings both expertise and warmth to her work with clients.

She has spent several years at the QLD STARS Unit, gaining extensive experience across inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology, renal, and intensive care. This foundation has equipped her with the skills to support people with complex nutritional needs, while also providing practical, everyday guidance.

Now working in the community, Hayleigh supports clients from 3 years and older through individual consultations, family-based care, and group programs. She is passionate about making nutrition accessible, sustainable, and personalised — helping people feel confident and empowered in their choices.

Beyond her professional role, Hayleigh enjoys renovating her new home and bringing people together through dinner parties, where she loves sharing some of her favourite nourishing meals.

With her strong clinical background and down-to-earth approach, Hayleigh is dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients feel truly cared for.
