Jenny Vue
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Jenny is our warm-hearted therapist, adored by clients and the team alike. A lover of freshly baked treats, a perfect cup of matcha, cosy family time, and anything Bluey (ask her for her favourite episode!), Jenny brings a down-to-earth, comforting energy to each session. Growing up in Far North Queensland, she’s carried that easygoing kindness into her work, making people of all ages — from energetic toddlers to older adults — feel genuinely supported and understood.
“I aim to draw from a rich blend of evidence-based occupational therapy and physical rehabilitation frameworks such as Model of Human Occupation (MOHO), Person-Environment-Occupation-Performance (PEOP) Model, Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement (CMOP-E), and Occupational Adaptation, alongside physical frameworks like Biomechanical and Motor Learning Approaches, Sensory Integration, and Neurodevelopmental Principles. I complement these with Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Gratitude-Based interventions, and a trauma-informed lens.”
Whether she’s helping little ones build emotional regulation through playful routines, supporting teens to develop practical life skills and resilience, or guiding adults and older clients in managing daily tasks and maintaining physical wellbeing, Jenny tailors every session to empower her clients to live with comfort, confidence, and purpose — all sprinkled with her signature warmth (and maybe a matcha recipe or two!).
