Our accredited exercise physiologist uses evidence-based exercise prescription + lifestyle coaching to support clients with a range of health and wellbeing goals, from improving fitness and managing chronic conditions to rebuilding trust in the body after injury, illness, or trauma. We have a particular passion for supporting both men’s and women’s pelvic floor health — whether it’s pre- and postnatal recovery, prolapse management, bladder or bowel concerns, or core strengthening. Our women’s health exercise programs cover all life stages: pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menstrual cycle awareness, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause.
Further, Aligned recognises that mental health, neurodivergence, + past experiences can create barriers to feeling safe and motivated to exercise. Our team is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed — we take time to listen, adapt our language and programs, and pace sessions to ensure you feel understood and in control. We design individualised exercise plans that respect your sensory needs, energy levels, and any emotional or physical barriers, so you can build a sustainable, positive relationship with movement that supports your whole wellbeing.
