Counselling

At Aligned, we support adolescents and adults through 50-minute individual sessions, using evidence-based, talk-focused therapies. Drawing on the latest neuroscience and brain-based psychoeducation, our team helps you understand how your brain works, make sense of your emotional and behavioural patterns, and build practical, daily strategies for lasting change.

We are experienced in supporting a wide range of general mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety, panic, and OCD; mood disturbances like depression and bipolar disorder; neurodivergence including autism and ADHD; as well as grief and loss, addiction, and personality disorders.

We also offer support through a range of life changes and challenges, including perfectionism, low self-esteem, adjusting to transitions, managing daily stress, navigating relationship difficulties, gaining clarity around important life decisions, and exploring direction with employment or university.

All counselling sessions at Aligned draw on talk-based therapy, brain-based psychoeducation, and practical tools you can use in daily life to foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change.

We are grateful to have your trust in supporting you through each and every phase/stage of your life.
