Paediatric Occupational Therapy

Our Paediatric Occupational Therapy supports children to grow, play, learn, and thrive in ways that feel safe, fun, and meaningful. We understand that every child is unique — with their own strengths, challenges, and way of experiencing the world — and we honour this in every session.

Our paediatric OTs help children build skills for daily life, from getting dressed and playing with friends to managing big feelings and staying focused at school. We work alongside families, schools, and other supports to create practical strategies and nurturing environments that help each child reach their full potential.

We take a truly holistic view — looking beyond just “skills” to understand how a child’s sensory needs, emotions, relationships, routines, and environment all fit together. We focus on what matters most to your child and family, combining play-based therapy, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and practical life skills training.

Our therapists are neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. We celebrate neurodiversity and tailor our support to each child’s individual strengths and differences — ensuring therapy feels safe, fun, and empowering.

Families are at the heart of everything we do. We work in partnership with parents and caregivers, sharing practical ideas and strategies you can use at home and in the community, so progress carries through beyond the therapy room.

Whether your child needs support with motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, social skills, or everyday independence, we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
