DIETITIAN | NUTRITIONAL COUNSELLOR

Olivia is a passionate Dietitian dedicated to supporting individuals and families through a holistic, practical, and sustainable approach to nutrition. She has a strong interest in women’s health, hormonal wellbeing, gut health, and the powerful connection between nutrition and mental health including supporting anxiety, low mood, stress, and burnout. Olivia also brings a thoughtful, neuro-affirming lens to her work, with a particular interest in neurodivergent-friendly meal planning that feels realistic, flexible, and achievable.

Her approach focuses on more than just what you eat, it’s about how nutrition fits into your life. Olivia works closely with her clients to create personalised meal planning strategies, provide ongoing monitoring and support, and build habits that feel sustainable long-term. She is known for being approachable, open-minded, and always willing to “give anything a go” alongside her clients, helping them find what truly works for them.

Olivia supports a wide range of individuals, including adults, families, and those navigating hormonal changes, gut health concerns, or the impact of nutrition on mental wellbeing. She is particularly passionate about empowering her clients with practical tools and ongoing guidance, so they feel more confident, supported, and in control of their health.

Outside of work, Olivia lives along the coastline and enjoys surfing, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle that reflects her approach to wellbeing.
