It is never just physical or just emotional. At Aligned Allied Health, we take a holistic approach that recognises the relationship between the body, mind, and everyday life.
From hormonal changes and fatigue to mood fluctuations, stress, and identity shifts, we understand that each experience is unique and requires support that considers the whole person.
Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide both physical and psychological support. Through services including occupational therapy, counselling, dietetics, and exercise physiology, we help address areas such as hormonal health, gut health, emotional regulation, movement, routine, and overall wellbeing. This integrated approach allows us to move beyond symptom management and support sustainable, meaningful change across all areas of life.
We aim to create a space where women feel seen, understood, and supported at every stage — whether navigating perimenopause, menopause, early motherhood, or periods of stress and transition. By combining evidence-based care with a warm, person-centred approach, we support women to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and feel more balanced, regulated, and in control of their health and wellbeing.
