Jorja Herholdt
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST | COMING SOON
You may already know Jorja as one of our friendly Allied Health Assistants at Aligned Allied Health. We are excited to share that Jorja will be joining our Occupational Therapy team in January! Jorja brings a warm, approachable and enthusiastic presence to the team, along with a genuine passion for supporting individuals to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and participate in the things that matter most to them.
Jorja has a particular interest in neuroaffirming practice, mental health, autism and ADHD. She is passionate about recognising and understanding each person's individual strengths, needs and experiences, and exploring practical, meaningful strategies that support their everyday lives. Jorja values an individualised and collaborative approach to occupational therapy, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to supporting wellbeing, independence and participation. She is particularly interested in identifying and building on the skills, strategies and environmental supports that help individuals feel understood, confident and empowered in their daily lives.
Jorja is looking forward to growing her experience as an Occupational Therapist and working alongside individuals to explore their goals, navigate everyday challenges and find approaches that feel realistic, supportive and meaningful to them.
Outside of work, Jorja enjoys board games, craft, reading, playing handball, trying new things and, of course, discovering good food! She brings a curious, creative and fun-loving energy to the team and is always happy to give something new a go.
Jorja will be welcoming new Occupational Therapy referrals from January 2027.
