Bruna is our passionate and energetic Practice Manager, bringing extensive experience in administration, operations, and team coordination to Aligned Allied Health. Originally from Brazil, Bruna has called Australia home for the past six years and brings a unique perspective, warmth, and international experience to the allied health space.

Bruna has worked in administration since the age of 19, building a diverse career across a range of industries, organisations, and professional environments. Her experience has given her the opportunity to work alongside people from many different backgrounds and cultures, developing a strong understanding of how effective communication, organisation, and teamwork can help people and businesses thrive.

At Aligned Allied Health, Bruna is passionate about continuously improving the way we work. She brings a strong focus on innovation and is always looking for new ideas. She enjoys finding practical solutions that streamline systems, improve the client experience, and support our clinicians to work to the best of their ability. Bruna believes that when the right systems and processes are in place, clinicians have more space to focus on what matters most, providing meaningful, high-quality care to their clients.

Bruna’s international background also brings a wonderful sense of energy and connection to the Aligned team. She values the warmth, community, and celebration that are such an important part of Brazilian culture and loves bringing that same spirit into the workplace. Her exposure to different industries, professional environments, and cultures has shaped her ability to see things from different perspectives and brings fresh ideas, creativity, and innovation to the team.

Outside of the clinic, Bruna enjoys spending time with her friends on the Gold Coast, catching up over good food and enjoying meaningful conversations. She loves connecting with the people around her, discovering new places, and making the most of life in Australia.
