Amy has experience with assessments, reporting, home modifications, aids, equipment, aged care, adult physical and psychosocial supports. Amy believes that occupational therapy is not defined by a single approach, but rather a versatile skillset that can be adapted to support each person’s unique goals, strengths, and environment. Her work is grounded in a simple philosophy: “What matters to you, not what’s the matter with you.”
Amy has a particular interest in working with persons requiring support with emotional regulation, aged care support, physical strengthening programs, independence, community participation, housing support, home modifications, aids and equipment, and everyday supports.
Currently residing in the Gold Coast region (though you will see her friendly face weekly in the Brisbane clinic), Amy is a professional sportswoman in her past, and has worked in life transitions and new role navigations for over 8+ years with her clients. Amy loves running, anything sport related, and is a passionate woman who always has a smile on her face. Her energy is infectious.
